This website is operated by Akili Smart Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania. Using the site means you accept the terms below.
What the content is
Everything on this site is published for general information. The capability pages describe work we are registered and able to carry out; they are not an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and nothing here creates a contract or a professional relationship.
Where a page reproduces the objects clause of our memorandum of association, it does so verbatim, for accuracy. That wording describes what the company may carry out, not a warranty that any particular piece of work will be accepted.
Advice is given in writing, under engagement
Do not act on anything published here as if it were advice about your own situation. Advice from us is given in writing, under a signed engagement, to a named client, on a defined scope. If you need a decision supported, start a conversation instead.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are reported. We do not warrant that every page is complete or free of error at any given moment, and we may change, move or withdraw content without notice.
Intellectual property

You may read, print and quote short extracts for your own non-commercial use, provided you attribute them to us and link to the page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and the courts of Tanzania have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
