Digitization & Archiving
Paper, maps and legacy records converted into indexed, governed, searchable holdings that outlive their hardware.
Institutional memory in the region still largely sits in paper: title deeds, case files, survey sheets, patient records, mine plans, minutes. It degrades, it is hard to search, and a single flood or fire removes it.
We run the full conversion: scanning and imaging, indexing and classification, the document and records management systems that hold the result, and the preservation strategy that keeps a file readable long after the format it was created in has been abandoned.
