Clause (f) of the memorandum
In practice

Agriculture carries most of the country's employment and almost none of its instrumentation. Yield, soil condition, water use and crop health are largely estimated rather than measured, and the gap costs harvests.

We build the measuring layer and what runs on it: crop monitoring, soil analysis, irrigation automation, yield prediction, weather and climate modelling, carbon and pollution tracking, and the supply chain systems that move a crop from field to market without losing a third of it.

What you get

The work, as deliverables.

Five things this line produces. Every engagement is assembled from some combination of them.

Precision agriculture Crop monitoring, soil analysis, yield prediction and irrigation automation, down to the block.
Climate & weather systems Monitoring networks, forecasting and environmental models calibrated on local observation.
Food security & supply chain Productivity optimisation, agro-processing and traceability from farm gate to buyer.
Environmental intelligence Carbon accounting, pollution monitoring, ecosystem and biodiversity analysis.
Sustainability assessment Measurement and reporting that stands up to a lender, a certifier or a regulator.
Registered scope

Clause (f), word for word.

Transcribed from the objects clause of the memorandum of association. Nothing below has been shortened, softened or rewritten. If a piece of work is not described here, we will say so before quoting for it.

  1. To carry on the business of developing precision agriculture systems including smart farming technologies, irrigation automation systems, crop monitoring systems, soil analysis systems, yield prediction systems, and agricultural robotics systems;
  2. To design, develop, implement, and operate climate monitoring systems, weather forecasting systems, environmental modeling systems, sustainability assessment systems, and ecological intelligence systems;
  3. To provide technological solutions for agricultural productivity optimization, food security systems, agro-processing systems, and agricultural supply chain management systems;
  4. To develop environmental intelligence systems for carbon tracking, pollution monitoring, ecosystem analysis, biodiversity management, and sustainability management;
  5. To carry on research and development in climate change technologies and environmental protection systems;

If this is close to what you need, the next step is a short scoping call, not a proposal document.

Next step

Tell us the decision that is going wrong.

Not the technology you think you need. The decision, who makes it, and on what evidence. We will tell you plainly whether there is a system in it.
