Clause (a) of the memorandum
In practice

This is the core trade. We take a process an organisation runs by hand or by spreadsheet and build the software that runs it properly, with the artificial intelligence sitting inside the workflow rather than beside it.

The work covers the whole life of a system, not the launch: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and the upgrades that follow. Machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing and generative models are techniques we select from, not products we sell.

What you get

The work, as deliverables.

Five things this line produces. Every engagement is assembled from some combination of them.

Enterprise & line-of-business systems Systems of record that replace spreadsheets and paper: inventory, case management, licensing, billing, field operations.
Machine learning in production Models trained, validated, versioned, monitored and retrained, with a documented path back from any prediction to the evidence behind it.
Platform & API engineering Service layers that let separate systems inside one institution finally talk to each other.
Cloud architecture & security Infrastructure designed for the connectivity and power realities of the region, with security built in from the first commit.
Software-as-a-service products Multi-tenant platforms we host and operate, for organisations that would rather subscribe than build.
Registered scope

Clause (a), word for word.

Transcribed from the objects clause of the memorandum of association. Nothing below has been shortened, softened or rewritten. If a piece of work is not described here, we will say so before quoting for it.

  1. To carry on the business of designing, developing, programming, coding, testing, debugging, deploying, maintaining, upgrading, enhancing, and commercializing software systems, computer programs, mobile applications, desktop applications, web-based systems, enterprise systems, embedded systems, and cloud-based applications of every description;
  2. To carry on the business of Artificial Intelligence research, development, engineering, training, validation, deployment, integration, optimization, and commercialization including but not limited to machine learning systems, deep learning systems, reinforcement learning systems, generative AI systems, computer vision systems, natural language processing systems, autonomous systems, robotics intelligence systems, and cognitive computing systems;
  3. To design, develop, build, operate, manage, and commercialize intelligent digital platforms, automation systems, robotics systems, smart infrastructure systems, decision-support systems, and AI-enabled systems for industrial, commercial, governmental, academic, environmental, and private sector applications;
  4. To provide software engineering services, system integration services, API development services, cloud computing services, cyber security solutions, digital transformation services, and enterprise technology solutions;
  5. To develop, host, operate, and commercialize software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, artificial intelligence platforms, data platforms, and digital service delivery systems;

If this is close to what you need, the next step is a short scoping call, not a proposal document.

Next step

Tell us the decision that is going wrong.

Not the technology you think you need. The decision, who makes it, and on what evidence. We will tell you plainly whether there is a system in it.
